an internal auditor for a trust company, tax auditor for the Internal
Revenue Service, tax supervisor for a national CPA firm, and legal counsel
for a real estate syndication firm.

Tom is originally from Rochester, Minnesota. He received his B.S.
Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University, and his
J.D. (Law) Degree and M.B.A. (Accounting) Degree from the University of
Minnesota. Tom is also a full-time Instructor in the Business Administration Program
at MiraCosta College in Oceanside,
California. He is a frequent speaker on legal, tax, and business issues in
the business and education community.
